The Low Ropes Course(See Gallery Page for other outdoor activity picture pages) On NLP Core Skills the Low Ropes course is an opportunity to learn about teamwork, about communicating, and about pulling together to solve 'challenge activities'. The Low Ropes session is generally held on the first day where it also demonstrates that this as a walk-the-talk course in which we learn by doing, experiencing and discussing: at all Pegasus NLP courses we adopt a team learning approach so the Low Ropes provides a live experience of what it is like to function as part of a learning and developing team. Your team has a number of challenges to traverse and none of the activities are more than about 60 cm above the ground. Your team's success is affected by how well your team - communicates
- plans
- delegates
- listens to each other
- assists and supports one another
- recognises individual strengths and weakness
- operates in a cohesive manner.
