The Low Ropes Course(See Gallery Page for other outdoor activity picture pages) The Low Ropes course is a great opportunity to use NLP to understand how groups work - and how you function when you're part of a group. Your team has a number of challenges to traverse and none of the activities are more than about 20 inches above the ground. Your team's success is affected by how well your team communicates, plans, delegates, listens(!), assists and supports one another, recognises individual strengths and weakness and operates in a cohesive manner. It's an opportunity to recognise in action the validity of a key Pegasus NLP principle: None of us is as smart as all of us! |
