At Pegasus NLP trainings you learn through doing. Combining learning NLP with activities adds fun, play, and exploration... and it also deepens the quality of the learning experience. This is because the activities become 'mirrors' in which you can use NLP to better understand yourself and how you relate with others.

You are learning in the way in which NLP first began - through experimenting and discovering rather than absorbing pre-digested ideas from books or experts.

NLP grew out of the study, or 'modelling', of human performance in which the early experimenters sought to discover what were the elements which accounted for successful and unsuccessful performance.

So, for example, at a Pegasus NLP course you learn about teamwork through being part of a team. Rather than be told what supports or impedes good teamwork you discover this for yourself through playing your role in the teams and through reviewing your experiences and learnings with others after the activity.

Learning in this hands-on manner produces many more of those wonderful "Ah Ha!" moments of personal discovery which make it more likely that you continue to use what you've learned/discovered for years after the course is over.
