| | Climbing "Jacob's Ladder"(See Gallery Page for other High Ropes picture pages) 'Jacobs' is the highest of the High Ropes activities - and it's a great team-building High Ropes' activity. We usually use this activity on the Practitioner Part 2 course rather than on NLP Core Skills. The 'belay' or safety rope of each climber is held by one of their team mates on the ground so it the exercise calls for lots of coordination, attention on the people on the Ladder, and excellent communication - not to mention excellent rapport and trust. The 'ladder' of logs tends to swing about as you climb, you cannot touch the side wires, you really have to work together to climb, and the gap between the logs increases as you climb higher. Not many teams have made it to the top 'rung' which is nearly 60' above the ground.
