About Pegasus NLP Pegasus NLP is the first NLP training organisation in Europe to integrate NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) with outdoor activities. Our core trainer, Reg Connolly, has been using NLP in his training since the mid 1980's and Pegasus NLP has been presenting outdoor-activity-led NLP Certification Training Courses in Hampshire and Dorset since 1999. Each member of our team is a Certified NLP Trainer and Master Practitioner and, in addition to being an NLP specialist, draws upon extensive practical experience in a range of business and organisational areas. Pegasus NLP is a Corporate Member of the Institute for Outdoor Learning and a Founder Member of The Professional Guild of NLP. The Pegasus NLP Training TeamReg ConnollyReg is our core trainer and is a Certified Trainer and Master Practitioner of NLP, management and sales trainer. He is a former Registered Psychotherapist with the United Kingdom Council and guest trainer with the Irish Management Institute. In addition he is an RCD Accredited National High and Low Ropes course Instructor. He is known for his informal, innovative and humorous facilitation style and for his extensive experience in applying NLP in a wide range of contexts with some thousands of people and covering such as areas as management training, trainer training, sales training, stress and anger management, therapy, personal and professional coaching, sports psychology and team development. He has trained with most of the leading NLP innovators including the co-founder Richard Bandler. Reg now works full-time with Pegasus NLP and until recently he designed and presented trainings for the general public as well as for large and small organisations in the UK, Ireland and continental Europe. Tara DominickTara is a Certified Trainer & Master Practitioner of NLP, Life Coach and Breakthrough Therapist and has has been involved in NLP since 1997. A professional actress, trained in ‘method acting’, she spent many years in touring theatre. She worked in radio for four years, in two Soaps and as a member of the BBC Radio Drama Company; she also did regular voice-overs for the BBC TV Newsnight programme. Already interested in the nuances of human behaviour, it was a natural progression to become absorbed by NLP. She taught drama on BTEC Performing Arts Courses in London and combined NLP and drama to great effect with teenagers. She then moved into the field of Autism working as a drama therapist and training teachers and carers in the benefits of NLP for autistic children. In 2000 she specialised in NLP and education becoming the founder of Read Dorset a company that has helped over 300 dyslexic children and adults learn to read. She won a Millennium Award in 2002 for her work with disadvantaged families. Derek JacksonDerek is a Certified Trainer and Master Practitioner of NLP, an individual/organisational learning consultant and former Chair of the Association for NLP, and co-founder of the Northern School of NLP. His experience and development as a training and learning specialist spans 18 years working as a direct trainer, a training manager and a business consultant. Derek is our external certifying trainer on Master Practitioner programmes. Before becoming freelance his background included working in both public service and private sector organisations. As a trainer Derek works particularly in the areas of interpersonal skills training and communication skills. Louise SharpLouise is a Certified NLP Trainer and Master Practitioner and an Accredited National High and Low Ropes facilitator. With a background in strategic planning, marketing communications and public relations she has over 15 years' international corporate experience specialising in preparing brands for launch and providing skills training to brand teams and their customers.  With a degree in Public Relations, Louise spent 5 years working in the PR industry both on client side and in agency. Her clients spanned the consumer, business to business and healthcare markets with work including PR planning and implementation for corporate and new brand launches, media liaison and spokesperson, and event organisation. Louise was a founding member of two International pharmaceutical marketing agencies providing pre-launch motivational communications to medical target audiences. Her work involved business development, strategic planning, communications planning and tactical implementation, event management and training for key opinion leaders in presentation, negotiation and media skills. In addition to her corporate work she was a lecturer of public relations, marketing communications and corporate communications at Bournemouth University and later at Southampton Institute (now Solent University). Louise has a keen interest in the study of language and human behaviour, and enjoys incorporating a touch of humour and playfulness into the learning environment. Jon Bowmer Jon has been actively involved in performance, presentations and training for the last 20 years and has appeared on Channel 4’s ‘The Big Breakfast’ presenting his own one-off slot. Jon has won 5 national awards for his television work and has run his own theatre company. Building on his degree in Psychology and Computing Jon trained in NLP and works with both the public and private sectors. He is a visiting lecturer on a number of courses at Bournemouth University and also consults on change management for a variety of departments. Jon is a certified NLP trainer and Master Practitioner. He has also been running successful NLP courses for a community education program over the past three years and is passionate about the use of NLP to develop personal flexibility whilst having fun.
